Abstract:
A new blister-pack blanking device, comprising a mounting frame (1), a female blanking die (2), a male blanking die (3) and a blanking power source (4), wherein the male blanking die (3) is mounted on the mounting frame (1); the female blanking die (2) is connected to a die support plate (5); the die support plate (5) is connected to lower ends of lifting guide columns (6); the lifting guide columns (6) are arranged on the mounting frame (1) in a manner of being able to slide vertically; upper ends of the lifting guide columns (6) are connected to a lifting base (7); the lifting base (7) is connected to the blanking power source (4) in a transmission manner; vertical slide rails (8) are arranged on the mounting frame (1); a sliding plate (9) is slidably arranged on the vertical slide rails (8), and the sliding plate (9) is connected to an unloading power source (10) in a transmission manner; a vacuum suction die (11) is connected to the sliding plate (9); and the vacuum suction die (11) is provided with vacuum suction rods (12). By means of the new blister-pack blanking device, blister packs are suctioned by means of the vacuum suction rods (12), and after the blister packs are cut off, the blister packs are lowered by means of the vacuum suction rods (12) onto a grid conveying device below, thereby ensuring that the blister packs stably enter a grid of the grid conveying device.
