Abstract:
Disclosed is a magnetic material, which is prepared from the following components, in weight fraction ratio: 23-45 parts of iron oxide, 0.5-1.2 parts of neodymium oxide, 12-16 parts of silicon dioxide, 25-35 parts of polyamide, 7-13 parts of zinc oxide, 0.5-1.2 parts of molybdenum dioxide, 5-7 parts of boron oxide, 2-6 parts of a phenolic resin, 14-19 parts of graphene, 2-4 parts of strontium carbonate, 11-15 parts of an epoxy resin, 3-5 parts of sodium chlorate, 3-6 parts of aluminum oxide, 1.8-2.7 parts of lanthanum oxide, 2-5 parts of cobalt oxide, 11-16 parts of calcium carbonate, 3-6 parts of a dispersing agent, 2-12 parts of an adhesive and 4-6 parts of a wetting agent. The advantage thereof lies in that the adhesive strength and fluidity of the magnetic material are improved by means of adding the adhesive and the dispersing agent, thereby improving the magnetic property of the material.
