A noise suppressing circuit (1) suppresses noise produced by an electronic apparatus (2) and propagate through conductive wires (3a, 3b). The noise suppressing circuit (1) comprises a low-band noise reducing circuit (10) and a high-band noise reducing circuit (80). The low-band noise reducing circuit (10) is connected to an electronic apparatus (2) via the conductive wires (3a, 3b). The high-band noise reducing circuit (80) is cascade-connected to the low-band noise reducing circuit (10) and to conductive wires (4a, 4b) of power source wires (4). The high-band noise reducing circuit (80) comprises a detecting circuit which detects common mode noise propagated through the conductive wires (3a, 3b), an opposite phase signal generating circuit which generates an opposite phase signal that is the signal the phase of which is opposite to that of the noise detected by this detecting circuit, and an injecting circuit which injects the opposite phase signal generated by the opposite signal generating circuit into the conductive wires (3a, 3b).
