Abstract:
A non-contact respiration monitoring method based on a Doppler radar. The method comprises: pre-processing a radar echo signal; extracting, from the radar echo signal, the position where the thorax of a monitored object is located; extracting motion information of the position where the thorax of the monitored object is located; extracting a respiration waveform component from the motion information of the thorax of the monitored object; and obtaining a respiration frequency of the monitored object on the basis of a corresponding spectrum estimation of the respiration waveform. The method for monitoring the thorax of an object has a higher positioning precision, and is a basis for accurately extracting a thoracic motion signal. A respiration signal is separated from a heartbeat signal by means of an improved CEEMD algorithm, such that a good separation effect is achieved on body motion interference, background noise and a vital sign signal, and the problem of an end effect in an original CEEMD algorithm is effectively ameliorated by means of an improvement, thereby increasing the decomposition speed.
