Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a non-oriented electrical steel for an electric vehicle drive motor. In addition to Fe and inevitable impurities, the non-oriented electrical steel further includes the following chemical elements in the following percentages by mass: C ≤ 0.003%, Si: 3.0-4.5%, Al: 0.15-2.5%, and Mn: 0.15-2.5%. The magnetic induction intensity B50M of the non-oriented electrical steel for an electric vehicle drive motor is greater than or equal to 1.60 T, wherein B50M = (B50L + B50C + 2B50x)/4, where B50L is a magnetic induction intensity in a rolling direction when the non-oriented electrical steel is magnetized in a magnetic field of 5000 A/m; B50C is a magnetic induction intensity in a direction perpendicular to the rolling direction when the non-oriented electrical steel is magnetized in the magnetic field of 5000 A/m; and B50X is the minimum value of magnetic induction intensities at different angles with respect to the rolling direction when the non-oriented electrical steel is magnetized in the magnetic field of 5000 A/m. Further disclosed in the present invention is a manufacturing method for the non-oriented electrical steel.
