A notification service processing apparatus on the basis of Internet message transmission and an operation method therefor are disclosed. The present invention may provide an apparatus and a method for providing a notification message service for preventing financial fraud, wherein the notification message service can be provided for free to a user by utilizing an Internet-based message service that has been widely used in recent years. In addition, since there is also the possibility that a user does not actually read a notification message when the notification message is transmitted to the user by utilizing an Internet-based messaging service, the present invention may provide a technique in which, when the user does not read the notification message, the notification message can be accurately delivered to the user by resending the notification message through a conventional mobile communication text message.
