Abstract:
An EGR valve according to the present invention comprises: a valve shaft vertically erected and capable of ascending and descending while rotating about a vertical central axis; a cylindrical cam which is integrally coupled to cover the upper side of the valve shaft, and which has a spiral groove formed on the outer surface thereof and a polygonal column on the upper end thereof; a fixed bearing fixed to a side of the cylindrical cam such that one end thereof is inserted into the spiral groove in a slidable structure; a rotary gear rotated by a rotary motor, the rotary gear being inserted such that the polygonal column passes through a rotary axis; a lifting block which is seated on the upper end of the valve shaft passing through the cylindrical cam and is pushed and raised by the valve shaft when the valve shaft ascends; a pressurizing spring for applying a downward elastic force to the lifting block; a plate-shaped magnet fixed to one side of the lifting block; a Hall sensor for detecting the ascending and descending of the plate-shaped magnet; and a housing in which the valve shaft, the cylindrical cam, the rotary gear, and the lifting block are mounted.
