A novel air-controlled flow valve, comprising a valve body (1), an air inlet (2) being provided on a lower side of the valve body (1), and an air outlet (3) being provided on an upper side of the valve body; the inner diameter of the valve body (1) gradually decreases in the direction from the air inlet (2) to the air outlet (3), an air inlet central shaft fixing cross beam (4) is fixedly provided on the valve body (1) at the air inlet (2) side, an air outlet central shaft fixing cross beam (5) is fixedly provided on the valve body (1) at the air outlet (3) side, a central shaft (6) is fixed between the air inlet central shaft fixing cross beam (4) and the air outlet central shaft fixing cross beam (5), a valve core (7) is slidably connected to the outer side of the central shaft (6), and the outer diameter of the valve core (7) is smaller than the inner diameter of the air outlet (3). The air-controlled flow valve has the advantages such as a simple structure, being convenient to manufacture and mount, flexible and smooth valve core adjustment, low wearing, strong adaptability to external environment, and good engagement and exchange with existing equipment. Further disclosed is a grate bed using the air-controlled flow valve.
