Abstract:
The present invention relates to a compound capable of degrading a target protein by using ubiquitination, and provides a compound having a targeted protein binding moiety (TBM) structure, which binds to a target protein or polypeptide, and a ubiquitin binding moiety (UBM) structure to which ubiquitin binds. Since polyubiquitination can be induced by the UBM structure present in the compound, the compounds of the present invention can be a degrader (protein degrader) capable of degrading a target protein or polypeptide.
