The present invention relates to a compound capable of degrading a target protein by using ubiquitination, and provides a compound having a targeted protein binding moiety (TBM) structure, which binds to a target protein or polypeptide, and a ubiquitin binding moiety (UBM) structure to which ubiquitin binds. Since polyubiquitination can be induced by means of the UBM structure present in the compound, the compounds of the present invention can be a degrader (protein degrader) capable of degrading a target protein or polypeptide.
