Abstract:
Provided is a crystalline form N1 of apalutamide hexafluoroisopropanol solvate and a preparation method therefor. The obtained crystalline form N1 exhibits good physicochemical stability, crystalline stability, and hygroscopicity. The preparation thereof is characterized by a simple process, good repeatability, high yields, environmental friendliness, ease of operation, convenient recyclability, and easily achievable scaled-up large-scale production.
