Abstract:
A novel flexible intestinal anastomosis stent. Secretions of the inner wall and a suture site of an intestine are drawn into a horn-shaped hole channel by means of a provided horn-shaped through hole. Since a liquid inlet hole of each through hole is close to an inlet end side of a stent body, and an outlet end side of a liquid outlet hole is pressed by intestinal contents, secretions in the hole channel are discharged to the interior of the stent body via the liquid inlet hole, thereby reducing the risk of infection of the inner wall of the intestinal tract at the suture site. In addition, a lower edge of the outlet end of the stent body is a concave polygonal structure, each reflex angle of the lower edge of the concave polygonal structure being formed on the side wall of the stent body with an inwardly folded pleated structure; the pleated structure can also accommodate secretions of the inner wall of the intestinal tract and the suture site; the lower edge of the concave polygonal structure is deformed by stress of intestinal tract contents to make the angle of a reflex angle smaller, so that secretions in the pleated structure are discharged downward in the pleated direction, and the probability of intestinal anastomotic leakage and other complications occurring is significantly reduced.
