Abstract:
A liquid-cooling permanent magnet motor having a controller cooling function, which relates to the field of water-cooling permanent magnet motors. Normal permanent magnet motors must be equipped with a controller before being able to run; for controllers of most motors, a heat dissipation fan or a heat dissipation module is surface-mounted on a housing of the controller for heat dissipation, leading to the problems wherein the structures of the motor and the controller are not compact, noise is high, and heat dissipation is insufficient during high-power operation. The present liquid-cooling permanent magnet motor having a controller cooling function comprises a base (3), a front end cap (1), a rear end cap (2), a front bearing (9), a rear bearing (10), a wire stator (11), and a rotor (12); the base (3) is disposed between the front end cap (1) and the rear end cap (2), a cover (5) is provided at an external side of the rear end cap (2), a controller (4) is provided at an external side of the cover (5), a cooling water channel is disposed in both the rear end cap (2) and the base (3), a cooling water channel loop is formed by means of a cooling liquid inlet and outlet (101, 102) on the front end cap (1) and a cooling liquid through hole (201) on the rear end cap, thereby forming a cooling system loop that cools a motor body and the controller (4), which may effectively dissipate heat for the controller (4) such that motor operation is more stable and reliable, and the cost of the motor are effectively reduced.
