Title:
NOVEL METHOD OF PROTECTING ISCHEMIC CARDIOPATHY
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2006/035673
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A method of preventing necrosis in myocardial cells occurring ischemia caused by blood flow injury or postischemic reperfusion; and a method of evaluating the necrosis in vitro and/or in vivo. A pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting cell death in ventricle muscle; a pharmaceutical composition for protecting cardiac muscle in a cardiac surgery and a transplant surgery; and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing a disease caused by necrosis.
