Abstract:
The invention relates to an oil-in-water cosmetic topical emulsion containing: (1) 95 to 50 wt % of an aqueous phase (P1); and (2) 5 to 50 wt % of a fatty phase (P2), characterized in that said fatty phase (P2) particularly includes: 0.2 to 60 wt %, specifically 2 to 20 wt %, of at least one N-acylated amino acid derivative of formula (I): R1-C(=O)-NH-CH-(R'1)-C(=O)-OH (I), where R1 is a saturated or unsaturated, straight or branched, aliphatic hydrocarbon radical comprising seven to seventeen carbon atoms, and R'1 is a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon radical selected from among methyl, benzyl, isopropyl, 1-methylpropyl, or isobutyl radicals. The invention also relates to a method for preparing same.
