Abstract:
A pipeline embolization device, comprising a first filament (10) wound and braided into a tubular mesh cage (1), the mesh cage (1) comprising a first section (101), a middle section (103), and a second section (102), the density of woven meshes of the first section (101) and the second section (102) being lower than the density of meshes of the middle section (103), a dense mesh portion located at the middle section (103) being formed, and sparse mesh portions located at two ends of the mesh cage (1) being formed; further comprising a second filament (20), a diameter value of the second filament (20) being greater than a diameter value of the first filament (10), and the second filament (20) being braided, together with the first filament (10) located in the middle section (103), at the middle section (103); and further comprising a third filament (30), the third filament (30) being braided together with the first filament (10), and the third filament (30) being an easily developable material in an X-ray environment. The dense mesh portion is provided so as to block the position of the opening of an aneurysm which is required to be blocked; moreover, the sparse mesh portions can avoid blocking non-diseased branched blood vessels nearby.
