Abstract:
The present invention discloses a novel planetary gear reducer, comprising: a stationary gear; a planet carrier rotatably disposed inside the stationary gear; at least one planet gear mechanism disposed on the planet carrier; and an output gear rotatably disposed on the planet carrier. The planet gear mechanism comprises: a planet shaft disposed on the planet carrier; and a planet gear rotatably disposed on the planet shaft. The planet carrier has a power input section. The stationary gear, the planet carrier, and the output gear are coaxially arranged. The axis of the planet gear is parallel to the axis of the planet carrier. The planet gear meshes with both the stationary gear and the output gear. The stationary gear and the output gear have different numbers of teeth. The novel planetary gear reducer provided by the present invention can replace a harmonic reducer, and has a simple structure, convenient processing, long service life, and low cost.
