Abstract:
A power supply system having a stable loop circuit, comprising: a pulse width modulation driver (10); a PMOS transistor (PM1); an NMOS transistor (NM1); a first comparator (20); a voltage control circuit connected between a comparison output end and a grounding end; a current-limiting collecting port used for collecting on-current of the PMOS transistor (PM1); and a current-limiting protection circuit (40), transmitting a comparison result voltage signal (Veao) as a control signal (Vcomp) of the pulse width modulation driver (10) when the on-current of the collected PMOS transistor (PM1) is lower than a preset current value, and outputting a turn-off signal for turning off the pulse width modulation driver (10) as the control signal (Vcomp) when the on-current of the collected PMOS transistor (PM1) is higher than the preset current value. The beneficial effects are high loop stability and high reliability.
