Abstract:
A reinforced and toughened MGO substrate, a preparation method, and a composite board having the MGO substrate. The reinforced and toughened MGO substrate comprises an intermediate layer and fiber layers located on the upper and lower surfaces of the intermediate layer, the fiber layers are glass fiber surface felts, the intermediate layer is composed of a forming agent, a lightweight filler, a modifier, and water, and the parts by weight of the components are as follows: 34-45 parts of light-burned magnesium oxide, 23-30 parts of magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, 8-10 parts of wood fiber particles, 4-6 parts of wood fibers, 0.5-2 parts of a modifier, and 18-26 parts of water. The modifier is formed by mixing citric acid, sodium sulphate, dihydric phosphate, and phosphoric acid according to a mass ratio of 10:3:1:6. The MGO substrate has the advantages that the internal bonding strength is high, the flexural strength is high, and the performance of a screw holding force is high, and the MGO substrate is not easy to be stripped off and broken. The preparation method for the MGO substrate is simple, and can improve the bonding strength in the substrate. In addition, the composite board has the advantages of high internal bonding strength and high practicability.
