Abstract:
Compounds represented by general formula (1) or prodrugs thereof, or medicinally acceptable salts of both, useful as therapeutic and preventive drugs for diseases due to acceleration of the sodium/proton exchange system wherein R¿1? and R¿2? are each independently a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic group; X¿1? is nitrogen or $m(2)C-R¿3?; X¿2? is oxygen, -N(R¿4?)-, or -C(R¿5?)(R¿6?)-; X¿3? is oxygen, -N(R¿7?)-, -C(R¿8?)(R¿9?)-, or a single bond; R¿3?, R¿5?, R¿6?, R¿8? and R¿9? are each independently hydrogen, halogeno, alkyl, or the like; and R¿4? and R¿7? are each independently hydrogen, alkyl, or the like.
