Abstract:
Provided are a numerical control device and a numerical control system that can prevent erroneous stopping of contact of a collaborative robot due to a fluctuating load. This numerical control device comprises: an analysis unit; a load recording instruction unit that generates, in accordance with a robot control command, signals for starting and stopping recording of a load of the robot; a load correction instruction unit that generates, in accordance with the robot control command, signals for starting and stopping load correction of the robot; and a robot command signal generation unit that generates a robot command signal including the signals generated by the load recording instruction unit and the load correction instruction unit, and sends the robot command signal to the robot control device. The robot command signal subtracts the load recorded in accordance with the signal generated by the load recording instruction unit from the load detected by the robot during execution of the load correction in the robot control device.
