Abstract:
Disclosed is a numerical simulation method based on the influence of a PTFE membrane on the aerodynamic characteristics of a fan blade, which method relates to the technical field of polymer composite materials. The method comprises: selecting a wind turbine generator, a blade airfoil, and a composite membrane based on a PTFE nano-function; setting a numerical simulation calculation grid and a calculation area of a wind energy capture area; determining main calculation parameters and a Reynolds number of aerodynamic characteristic calculation; establishing a geometric model in which the boundary of the airfoil extends by 0.26 mm (the thickness of the membrane) in a normal direction, so as to obtain a new calculation geometry; performing calculation by using a fluid mechanics calculation method and a finite volume method; and obtaining an influence numerical simulation calculation result. On the basis of aerodynamics and structural dynamics, influence numerical simulation calculation is performed on the aerodynamic characteristics of a blade airfoil and the overall aerodynamic performance of a blade by using a composite membrane based on a PTFE nano-function, thereby providing a scientific basis for the application of new materials and new technology in wind power generation.
