Abstract:
A technology related to an object recognition system inside a detection region, using flash LIDAR, is disclosed. The object recognition system comprises: a light transmission unit for providing, as pulse-bursts, in the direction of the detection area, pulsed light modulated at a modulation frequency; a light reception unit for receiving the reflected light of the pulsed light; and a determination unit for determining whether an object is present inside a detection region from the pulsed light and the reflected light. The light reception unit includes: a lens unit for receiving the reflected light; and a light reception element arrangement unit for receiving the reflected light received by the lens unit. The determination unit extracts three-dimensional point cloud information about the object from the phase difference between the pulsed light and the reflected light, and location information about the reflected light on the light reception element arrangement unit. In the present technology, the pulsed light is guided in the detection region direction through a light guide unit having a slit on the traveling path of the pulsed light, and thus interference due to an obstacle located at the side surface of the detection region can be minimized. Therefore, the technology disclosed in the present specification can be used for detecting a platform screen door (PSD).
