Abstract:
An obstacle avoidance method for an apparatus (10), and the apparatus (10) and a controller. The method comprises: detecting whether an external conductor is close to the apparatus (10); when it is detected that the external conductor is close to the apparatus (10), generating an electrical signal representing the distance between the external conductor and a housing of the apparatus (10) or a change in the distance; and controlling, on the basis of the electrical signal, the apparatus (10), such that same avoids a collision with the external conductor or reduces the strength of a collision. The method, the apparatus (10) and the controller can effectively reduce damage to the apparatus (10) or personal injuries caused by a collision, thereby improving the safety thereof.
