Abstract:
An oil dirt removal device for a cylindrical internal thread part and a working method, which are suitable for the industry of waste machine renovation. Said device comprises: a cabinet body (1), a cleaning mechanism (2) fixedly mounted on the cabinet body (1), a transmission line (3) passing through the cabinet body (1) and located below the cleaning mechanism (2), an X-ray detection device provided in the cabinet body (1) and in communication with a control system, and an oil dirt collection device (4) fixedly mounted below the cabinet body (1). Symmetrical lead screw assemblies are provided on two sides of a gantry, so that said removal device can be adjusted according to the length of a part, meeting the requirements of cylindrical parts having various types and sizes; and a steam nozzle and a spiral brush body are oppositely provided, and oil dirt or oil sludge accumulated inside the cylinder part is subjected to supersaturated cleaning, so that oil dirt or oil sludge is discharged in order from the spiral brush body provided at the other end of the cylindrical part, avoiding contamination of the transmission line and a tray caused by the splashing of oil dirt along with an airflow.
