Abstract:
In order to provide a piston rod oil scraper ring which has excellent oil scraping performance and which can reduce the amount of drain, and a stuffing box provided with said oil scraper ring, the ring main body of this oil scraper ring is divided in the circumferential direction into at least two parts. On said ring main body, one rail unit is formed on the inner periphery in the center in the axial direction, a coil spring housing groove is formed on the outer periphery in the center in the axial direction, and on the upper surface and/or lower surface, multiple oil passage grooves are formed inclined so as to increase in cross section area from the inner periphery towards the outer periphery.
