Abstract:
An OLED display device and a manufacturing method therefor. A first transparent semiconductor layer (213), a second transparent semiconductor layer (223) and a third transparent semiconductor layer (233) are respectively provided in anode layers (250) of red, green and blue OLED devices, and the first, second and third transparent semiconductor layers are set to be of different thicknesses, so that the optimal light-emitting efficiency of the red, green and blue OLED devices is respectively realized. The first, second and third transparent semiconductor layers are formed by means of deposition, i.e. a method for using three mask plates to perform plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition. Compared with a conventional OLED display device, the thicknesses of hole transport layers (206) respectively arranged in the red, green and blue OLED devices are the same, wherein the hole transport layers can be formed in the same evaporation process by using one common metal mask plate. The technique for depositing an inorganic film by means of an FMM is more developed and has a higher yield rate than the technique for depositing an organic film.
