Abstract:
A one-step forming system for a composite-structure filter plug containing granular spices. The one-step forming system comprises the following components: a tow transferring belt (1), a spice feeding device (2), a tow-guiding horn-shaped mouth (5), a tow forming paper collecting groove (10) and a lap adhesive applying device (6). A one-step forming method for a composite-structure filter plug containing granular spices. The direct on-line processing of the composite-structure filter plug containing granular spices is directly achieved on the forming system; and by means of location identification and fixed-position slitting, the processing of a flavored filter plug section is achieved on the forming system, and one-step forming of the composite-structure filter plug is achieved.
