Abstract:
Disclosed are an online business brokerage system using an internet communication network, and a business brokerage method using the same. The online business brokerage system of the present invention is mainly used by a service provider provided with a server capable of communicating with one or more member shops that are each provided with a member shop terminal capable of communication, and by one or more brokers that are each provided with a broker terminal capable of communication. The server of the service provider includes; a member business database in which data about each of the one or more member businesses can be stored separately; a broker database in which data about each of the one or more brokers can be stored separately; and an operation program. A brokerage program is installed on each of the broker terminals of the brokers, and the broker brokers transactions between consumers and the member shops.
