Abstract:
An open-close-type welding apparatus, comprising a fixed bottom plate (7), the fixed bottom plate (7) being provided with a left welding nozzle (1) and a right welding nozzle (2), and further comprising a power shaft (9), a bidirectional moving wheel (11), and two welding nozzle connecting shafts (8), the welding nozzle connecting shafts being correspondingly connected to the left welding nozzle and the right welding nozzle respectively. The bidirectional moving wheel drives the two welding nozzle connecting shafts to move towards the back under the driving of the power shaft. A welding nozzle induction (16) sheet is also in transmission connection with the power shaft, and the welding nozzle induction sheet moves synchronously with the bidirectional moving wheel. A welding method for an open-close-type welding apparatus, which uses the open-close-type welding apparatus to weld a product to be welded; a mounting and debugging method for the open-close-type welding apparatus, in which by means of designing the bidirectional moving wheel and the welding nozzle induction sheet, when the welding nozzle induction sheet rotates, the left welding nozzle and the right welding nozzle are synchronously driven to synchronously move outward, and synchronously move inwards under the action of a tension spring (12), thus synchronously opening and closing the left welding nozzle and the right welding nozzle. The assembly, disassembly, and debugging are convenient, and the opening/closing process is stable and accurate.
