Abstract:
In an operation device (18) for a work vehicle (1) equipped with a front loader (4), the operability of the work vehicle (1) is improved when using the front loader (4). The operation device (18) is installed in a driver cabin (7S) of the work vehicle (1) to operate the front loader (4), which is attached to a vehicle body (2) of the work vehicle (1). The operation device (18) comprises: a lever shaft (44) extending in the driver seat cabin(7S); a grip portion (43) provided at a distal end (44A) of the lever shaft (44); and a plurality of operation switches (45) provided in the grip portion (43) to cause the work vehicle (1) to execute various actions. The operation switches (45) include a shuttle toggling switch (45a) for toggling between advancing and reversing of the work vehicle (1), and a shuttle restraining switch (45e) for restraining or releasing the restraining of a toggling operation by the shuttle toggling switch (45a).
