Abstract:
This operation management service system (1) comprises: an office terminal (30); a server (80); and a communication terminal (90) or an on-board unit (10). The office terminal (30) is operated by the manager of the transportation company who manages the vehicle operation. The server (80) can communicate with the office terminal (30), provides services related to the vehicle operation, and is managed by the service provider. The communication terminal (90) or the on-board unit (10) can communicate with at least the office terminal (30) and is associated with the driver of the vehicle. The server (80) calculates a difference between the amount of fuel consumed in the most recent operation of the vehicle and a standard fuel amount, and distributes a reduction cost based on the difference to at least two of the carrier, the driver, and the service provider, in accordance with a predetermined distribution rule.
