Abstract:
In order to further reduce the installation space of an operation unit, such as a button, in a slot machine, this operation unit is provided with a rotating body which has a through-hole and rotates around the rotation axis passing through the through-hole, a ball which is arranged inside of the through-hole, a rotating body detection unit which detects rotation of the rotating body, a first ball detection unit which detects rotation of the ball, and a second ball detection unit which detects when the ball is pressed downwards. This operation unit is further optionally provided with a rotating body light-emitting unit which emits light in response to the rotating body detection unit detecting rotation of the rotating body, a first ball light-emitting unit which emits light in response to the first ball detection unit detecting rotation of the ball, and a second ball light-emitting unit which emits light in response to the second ball detection unit detecting the ball being pressed downwards.
