Abstract:
In order to further reduce the installation space of an operation unit, such as a button, in a slot machine, this operation unit is provided with: an operation part which is provided so as to allow movement up and down along a movement axis and which functions as a press-button switch in a first position and functions as a joystick lever in a second position above the first position in the direction of the movement axis; and an operation part detection unit which detects pressing down of the operation part when the operation part is in the first position and detects the direction in which the operation part is tilted when the operation part is in the second position.
