Abstract:
An apparatus for actuating the panels, in lifts or elevators with doors with automatic opening of the panels (2), comprises a motorization that actuates an enclosed belt, rope or chain (4), tensioned between at least two pulleys (3), on one whereof the motorization operates, which pulleys are mutually separated by a lesser distance than the width of the door. The belt, rope or chain with its motion actuates an enclosed cable (8), anchored thereto and having substantially double its length, whereto the panel-bearing carriages (10) are preferably applied. The apparatus comprises a variable pressure release device (5) applied to the belt, rope or chain, which preferably is an enclosed cogged belt able to slide on two toothed pulleys, whereof one is motorised. The motorization is positioned in such a way as not to project laterally relative to the lift cabin, i.e. it does not overhang.
