Abstract:
This optical communication system for a rail-guided truck is provided with: a first communication system that communicates first information from a controller to a truck; and a second communication system that communicates second information from the truck to the controller. The first communication system comprises a first light emitting element that outputs the first information, a first optical fiber that transmits light outputted from the first light emitting element while leaking the light to the outside, and a first light receiving element that receives the light leaked from the first optical fiber, and the second communication system comprises a second light emitting element that outputs the second information, a second optical fiber that transmits light generated by light outputted from the second light emitting element and inputted from midway along the optical fiber, and a second light receiving element that receives the light transmitted by the second optical fiber.
