Abstract:
The present invention provides an optical fiber sensing microfluidic chip nucleic acid amplification in-situ real-time detection system and method. The detection system comprises: a white light source, a detection optical path, a microfluidic chip, and a spectrum acquisition and processing display module which are connected sequentially; the detection optical path is used for transmitting white light generated by the white light source to the microfluidic chip, and transmitting an optical signal passing through the microfluidic chip to the spectrum acquisition and processing display module; the microfluidic chip is used for performing a biochemical reaction; the spectrum acquisition and processing display module is used for acquiring the optical signal passing through the microfluidic chip, analyzing the optical signal, and generating a visualized real-time dynamic change signal curve of a biochemical reaction. The detection system detects nucleic acid amplification information by using a white light interference hyperspectroscopy method, and can detect either a fluorescent-labeled object to be detected or a non-fluorescent-labeled object to be detected, solving the problems of a fluorescent-label detection method affecting biological reaction activity and the quenching and instability of fluorescence decay.
