An optical film comprising layer (A) comprising resin (a) including a polymer that is crystalline and one or more layers (B) disposed on main surface(s) of the layer (A) and each comprising resin (b) including a polymer that is amorphous.
The optical film has an NZ coefficient Nz less than 1, and the layers (B) have a planar orientation coefficient P of 0.001 or less.
