Abstract:
Disclosed is an optical imaging system (1) for imaging a sample by means of photographing, the optical imaging system (1) comprising an illumination module (11) and an imaging module (15), wherein the illumination module (11) is used for outputting exciting light for exciting the sample to generate excited light, the imaging module (15) comprises a time delay integral line-scan camera (151), and the time delay line-scan camera (151) is used for recording the excited light. Further provided is a biochemical substance detection system using the optical imaging system (1), which detection system can improve detection flux.
