Abstract:
This optical line terminal is provided with: an absorbing unit which acquires first information pertaining to a type and format that are dependent on a communication system, and converts the acquired first information into second information of a type and format that are common between mutually different communication systems; and a band allocation unit which determines, on the basis of the second information, an uplink signal band allocation to be allocated to the optical network unit.
