Abstract:
An optical microscope system (100) comprises: an optical microscope (1) that has an electrically-operated stage (11) on which a living tissue is placed and has an eyepiece part (15) for observing an optical image of a living tissue; an imaging part (2) that captures an optical image and acquires a digital image of a living tissue; a lesion recognition part (4) that analyzes the digital image and recognizes a lesion candidate included in the digital image; a movement amount calculation unit (4) that calculates the movement direction and movement amount for the electrically-operated stage (11) to move the recognized lesion candidate to the center of the optical image; a stage controlling unit (4) that moves the electrically-operated stage (11) according to the calculated movement direction and movement amount when a lesion candidate is recognized; and an informing unit (3) that informs an observer of recognition of a lesion candidate.
