Abstract:
An optical module (1) is provided with: a circuit board (24), one end of which is connected to an electrical connector (22) connected, and upon which a CDR device (50b) is mounted; a metal housing (26) that is formed by a metal material, and accommodates the circuit board (24); and a resin housing (28) that is formed by a resin material, and covers the metal housing (26). Prescribed gaps (C1, C2) are formed between the metal housing (26) and the resin housing (28).
