Abstract:
An optical sheet manufacturing method is provided with an extrusion step (S2) of molding a resin sheet (80) by continuously extruding a molten thermoplastic resin, and a transfer step (S3) of, using a pressing roll (65) in which a transfer die (65a) configured from a plurality of recessed portions (71a, 72a) formed along a circumferential direction in the peripheral surface, transferring the shape of the transfer die to the surface (80a) of the resin sheet. In the transfer step, a predetermined pattern shape is transferred to each of a plurality of member regions (171, 172) which are formed in the width direction of the resin sheet and each cut out as one optical sheet (30, 130), and a shape that is distinguishable from the member regions is transferred to a boundary region (173) between the member regions adjacent to each other in the width direction.
