Abstract:
An optically active 2-hydroxyltetrahydrothienopyridine derivative, comprising a compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a pharmaceutical composition containing the compound of formula (I) or the salt and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier thereof, and the use of the compound of formula (I) or the salt thereof or the pharmaceutical composition thereof in preparation of a medication for preventing or treating embolic diseases caused by a thrombus. The compound can effectively improve pharmacokinetic properties, and improve the bioavailability of a clopidogrel active metabolite, and the production amount of the active metabolite is significantly higher than that of clopidogrel, and thus, it is expected that significantly reducing the dosage of the medication will reduce anti-platelet aggregation medication side effects, such as hemorrhage, while rapid effects and high efficacy may also be achieved.
