Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an optimization engine, an optimization method, and a program that have superior scalability, that easily realize the effective utilization of unique characteristics of individual access networks, and that make it possible to improve the satisfaction of diverse users. This optimization engine is provided with an objective function for an item to be improved, collects parameters from access networks and terminals, and find combinations of connection destinations that maximize or minimize the objective function. By setting the objective function appropriately, it is possible to control user satisfaction, bandwidth utilization, line usage costs, and the like.
