Abstract:
Disclosed by the present invention are an organic compound with a carbazole derivative as the core and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof, which relate to the technical field of semiconductors. The structure of the compound provided by the present invention is shown in the general formula (1). Also disclosed by the present invention are the preparation method for the compound and the application thereof. The compound provided by the present invention has high glass transition temperature and molecular thermal stability, suitable HOMO and LUMO energy levels, and high Eg. The optimization of the structure of an OLED device may effectively improve the photoelectric performance and service life thereof.
