Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an organic EL display device wherein: the performance of a multilayer substrate for UDC use is ensured by combining films that increase the transmissivity of the multilayer substrate, while suppressing a decrease in the production efficiency and a decrease in the emission failure rate; and other multilayer substrate characteristics can be effective during use. The present invention provides an organic EL display device which is provided with a planarization layer a, a pixel division layer and a photospacer at least on a substrate, wherein: the organic EL display device comprises at least one portion that has a multilayer structure in which the planarization layer a, the pixel division layer and the photospacer are sequentially stacked in this order on a flat surface of the substrate; the planarization layer a contains 30% by weight or more of a polyimide resin in 100% by weight of the planarization layer a; the photospacer contains 30% by weight or more of a polyimide resin in 100% by weight of the photospacer; the pixel division layer contains a siloxane resin and/or an acrylic resin; and a total of 20% by weight or more of the siloxane resin and the acrylic resin are contained in 100% by weight of the pixel division layer.
