Title:
ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENT ELEMENT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/051617
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a highly robust organic electroluminescent element which adopts the light distribution property of a specific front surface light-condensing design, allowing for a stable light distribution even when production conditions vary within a defined range. This organic electroluminescent element comprises a substrate, a first electrode layer, one or a plurality of organic functional layers, and a second electrode layer, the organic electro-luminescent element being characterized in that: the interface between the first electrode layer and the organic functional layer adjacent thereto and the interface between the second electrode layer and the organic functional layer adjacent thereto are separated by a distance in a range of 100 to 150 nm; and when the front surface brightness is 1000 ± 300 cd/m2, the value obtained by dividing the luminous emittance (lm/m2) by the front surface brightness is in a range of 1.5 to 3.2 (lm/cd).
