Abstract:
Provided is a compound as represented by formula (I), wherein a 9,9'-spirobifluorene is linked to the 1-, 2-, 3-, or 4-position. Ar1 and Ar2 are respectively a C6-C25 aryl group, the C6-C25 aryl group is either unsubstituted or substituted with a C1-C6 group. The compound represented by formula (I) has a high glass transition temperature (Tg) and is an organic material with high morphological stability. A pure electron organic semiconductor diode and organo-electroluminescent device, manufactured using an organic electronic transport material of the present invention, have excellent performance, are stable, and have long service lives.
