Abstract:
This organic light emitting element comprises: a light emitting layer that contains a first organic compound (1), a second organic compound (2) that is a delayed fluorescent material, and a third organic compound (3); and an adjacent layer that is adjacent to the light emitting layer and contains the first organic compound (1). This organic light emitting element satisfies relational expression ES1 (1) > ES1 (2) > ES1 (3), and has a long emission lifetime and high luminous efficiency. In the relational expression, ES1 represents the lowest excited singlet energy.
